Warranty policy for returning goods
Customers who come for return/warranty must present a valid warranty card or bill of purchase with complete information. Return policies and product warranties for backpacks and shoes are different.
I.For backpack products
Cases of return/warranty without charge:
1/ One for one exchange within 3 days applies to backpack products with technical errors from the manufacturer
- Errors related to the towing cable.
- Threading at the seams.
2. Conditions:
- The product has original tags, packaging, labels and has not been used.
- The product is new, not dirty or scratched.
- The purchase voucher is intact and has not been edited or erased.
- The product has not been affected by washing or bleaching.
2/ Warranty for backpack products with cases
Backpacks are still under warranty (12 months for Clever Collection and Doni Dino anti-humpback backpacks, other backpacks depend on the warranty period stated on the warranty card)
Cases where the warranty does not apply to backpack products:
- Customers intervene in the product (cutting, sewing, mending...) outside the Clever Collection/ Mykingdom system and then bring it for warranty.
- Products due to accidental damage, natural disasters: cut or torn, fire, explosion...
- Warranty is not applicable for improper use or product being in direct contact with chemicals or acids that are harmful to the product.
- Warranty is not valid if the product is scratched or torn during transportation or use, which is not a manufacturing defect.
- Customers whose backpacks have exceeded the warranty period stated on the warranty card.
Warranty period
1.For zipper replacement:
- Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh: 3 – 5 working days*
- Other provinces: 7 - 10 working days*

- Other provinces: 7 - 10 working days*

II. For shoe products:
Return policies and regulations apply to shoe products
1. Return period applies to shoe products:
- Each product can only be exchanged/returned once.
- Time to exchange goods: within 03 days from the date the customer receives the goods (this time is based on the time the customer signs receipt on the delivery bill).
2. Returns and exchanges apply to shoe products
- The product has a technical defect due to the manufacturer (glue, thread quality) or lacks details, but the product's exterior is not scratched/torn/dented. Determination of errors is done unilaterally by Mykingdom and Clever Collection stores
- The product the customer received is not the correct product ordered and the product is still in intact packaging, not torn/dented.
- Products with old, dented or scratched packaging are not the customer's fault.
- Clearance items, discounted products or promotional products cannot be returned for any reason.
3. Exchange conditions apply to shoe products:
- The product has not been used, has not been washed and has no strange odors.
- The product still has the original label, accompanying products and shoe box intact.
- The product is not defective due to the user's storage or transportation process.
- Customers can range from purchasing full items at Mykingdom or Clever Collection.
- The shoe box is intact, no scratches/tears/dents
4. Exchange policy only applies to cases of purchasing the wrong size for shoe products:
- Do not violate sections 1 and 3.
- Priority is given to returns for products of the same style and color but different sizes.
- In case the store no longer has the size for the product that the customer has purchased and wants to exchange, it will exchange the shoe product of equal or higher value for the customer, the difference in price paid by the customer at the store.
- Value of returned product: equal to or higher than the payment value on the order that arises the customer's need to exchange/return (note: delivery costs are not included), the difference after exchanging for a product with Lower values will not be refunded.
- The exchange policy for shoe products only applies when purchased at the store, not when purchased on the website.
Warranty policies and regulations apply to shoe products
1. Warranty cases and conditions applicable to shoe products:
The product has technical errors due to the manufacturer such as glue quality. Determination of errors is done unilaterally by Mykingdom and Clever Collection store staff.
The product is still within the warranty period: 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The warranty card must have all customer information intact and must not accept patching, erasing, or repairing.
2. Cases that are not supported by warranty for shoe products:
Violation of one of the free warranty conditions in section 1.
- Customers arbitrarily intervene to repair the product.
- The product is damaged during use (scratched, cracked, severely water-logged, straps are broken, accessories are broken or lost, the product has been machine washed...)

- The product is damaged due to accidental damage or natural disasters
- Clearance goods and discounted products with promotions will not be warranted for any reason.
In case the customer still wishes to have it repaired, staff can advise according to the fee repair process depending on the specific case of the product and customer.
3. Regulations on receiving returned goods apply to shoe products:
- Customers bring the product directly to Mykingdom or Clever Collection stores listed on the warranty card.
- Warranty products will not be accepted by post.
- Warranty period:
- Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh: 7 – 10 working days *
- Other provinces: 10 – 15 working days *
*The above time does not include shipping time, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays according to current regulations.
Note (applies to both backpacks and shoes):
- Returns and exchanges are not applicable for Sale products of 50% or more.
- In addition to the above reasons, we will not handle any cases requiring order cancellation. If you are determined to return the goods when the postman arrives, please pay the delivery costs: shipping fee and additional service fee (if any) to the post office.
